For this year’s conference, there are three accommodation options:

Option one: University Accommodation

You can stay in one of the university’s students’ flats which comprises a single en-suite room equipped with linen, towels and toiletries. Each flat also has a kitchen with tea and coffee-making facilities. This accommodation is booked via the conference booking form when you register as a delegate, at a cost of £55 per night bed and breakfast (continental/English), which will be provided on-campus in one of the central catering outlets, close to the conference venue.

Option two: Wivenhoe House Hotel

If you wish to stay in the four-star hotel which is a ten-minute walk from the conference venue, please contact Jay James who will help you with your booking. Please note that we strongly recommend booking early and we cannot guarantee availability.

Option three:

Book into a local hotel. The town centre is 2.5 miles from the University.
