I am using audio-visual equipment, what do I need to bring?

Please bring your presentation slides (if you are using them) with you in PowerPoint on a USB memory stick. Each presentation session will be supported by a member of the conference organising team – please hand your memory stick to the support staff as soon as possible after your arrival and they will load it onto the computer.

I need to cancel my registration, what do I do?

If you are presenting and need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, as the programme may need to be adjusted.

If you have registered as a delegate and you are unable to attend, please email events@understandingsociety.ac.uk as soon as possible.

Is there WiFi available at the conference venue?

During the conference we provide you with guest accounts which will also give you the chance to go online (via laptop / tablet or mobile). You can also use your Eduroam account by using your email address and password.

Who should I contact if I have questions about the conference?

You can email the Understanding Society events team for any questions that you have events@understandingsociety.ac.uk
